By accessing or using Cost Mode (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cost Mode provides production budget management tools for film, commercial, and animation productions. The Service includes budget creation, cost tracking, and project management features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you create in the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can export your data at any time. We may delete your data if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
